43 Year Old Pastor Charged To Court For Duping Church Member The Sum Of N1.7m

A 43-year-old pastor, Uchenna Okafor, was on Friday brought before a Makurdi Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly defrauding a church member of N1.7  million. Okafor is facing a two-count charge of criminal breach of trust and misappropriation, punishable under Sections 310 and 313 of the Penal Code, Laws of Benue.

Police Prosecutor Godwin Ato told the court that a petition was received on Aug. 1 by the State Criminal Investigations Department (CID0, Makurdi, written by the complainant, Mr. Peter Irokwende dated July 28, 2017, and addressed to the State Police Commissioner. According to him, the complainant sold his plot of land to one Uchenna Iroegbu for N1.7 million and Iroegbu collected his wife’s pastor’s account no. 4703061956 at EcoBank bearing the name of Pastor Uchenna Livinus Okafor to pay money into.

He gave the pastor’s account details to the buyer of the land, who paid the N1.7 million into the account.

“But the pastor converted the money to his own use.”

The pastor pleaded not guilty. The Chief Magistrate, Mr. Isaac Ajim, in his ruling, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N50,000 with a surety in the same amount and adjourned the case until Sept. 13. (NAN)

A busty Ghanaian singer who is known for showing off her bosom  has revealed that she is in love with her endowments and that's why she's always proud to show them off.  Ghanaian singer, Sister Afia has said she's very proud of her huge Bosom s even as people have criticized her for using it as her selling point. Afia who is fond of wearing revealing clothes to flaunt her bosom  has however responded saying that she wants to erase the perception that her cleavage is her selling point.

The Jeje singer believes her talent is enough to keep her relevant whether she covers up or not.

“I just don’t get why people seem to have issues with what I wear and my bosom .  People keep asking me if apart from my bosom , I have nothing else to show. For the records, my bosom  are not my selling point, not at all. I am very talented.

“I don’t get up in the morning and tell myself, today, I want to show my bosom , no, it depends on how I feel. My bosom , my talent and everything form part of the package,’

she said in an interview

Afia added:

“I am very proud of my Bosom s. They are beautiful and nice. Most girls of today are all over looking for ways to enhance their bust artificially and if I am blessed with them naturally, why should I be ashamed of them. Honestly, I am blessed I must say and I won’t trade them for anything.

“Infact, I cannot do anything about the size of my bosom  and how they stand out in clothes. I just have to love them and that is what I am doing. I don’t really care what anyone else thinks. So those who have been talking about them, I cannot help you.

“I remember people had issues with my bikini pictures I released some weeks ago but the question is, what were they expecting me to wear at the beach. If they are not confident with what they have been endowed with by God, I am and I want to flaunt it,”

 she said.

Sister Afia who is in the studio currently is working on releasing songs with some of the makers and shakers of the music industry in Ghana and beyond.

“I want to come out with a number of songs by the end of the year and I hope to feature some of the big names who have paid their dues in West Africa like Sarkodie, Davido and Patoranking,”

Born to Joe Essoun and Madam Perpetual Duncan Williams, Sista Afia said her favourite Ghanaian musicians are E.L, Efya and Kaakie all of whom she plans to do collaborations with some day. Songs she has to her credit include Kro Kro No, Borkor, Jeje, Are You Ready, Yi Wani and Due.

Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has claimed that Hausa/Fulani have terrorize the Igbo socio-political organization into a “position of silence and stupor,”saying ”all those idiots with Biafran names that say they want to be Nigerians are pigs”

Addressing members of IPOB at his home town in Isiama Afaraukwu Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia State, the IPOB leader alleged that Hausa/Fulani’s are terrorising people everywhere they go.

Kanu wondered why nobody from the South East has been arrested for declaring Oduduwa Republic but law enforcement agents have been coming hard at those clamouring for the restoration of Biafra.

“I will not belong to one Nigeria and can never want it, did the Yorubas not announced Oduduwa Republic? Has anyone been arrested?

“Why Is it that we declare Biafra and they are arresting and shooting at us and Ohanaeze has said nothing.

“Ohanaeze has been terrorized into a state of silence and stupor by Hausa Fulani, who are using their political terrorism to terrorize people everywhere they go. Hausa Fulani use their terrorism to sack one of our sisters in the Pensions Board.

“There are law enforcement agents to enforce the law and the law says if you remove somebody from the Pensions Board from a particular geo-political zone and when you are looking for a replacement you go back to the ethnic group and pick a replacement but Nigerians are lawless animals. “They removed an Igbo woman from the South East and replaced her with a Yoruba woman from the South West.

“I want to stress that if you are a Nigerian you are evil and a child of Satan. “All heads of security operatives and everybody carrying AK-47 are Hausa Fulani

“We are tired, don’t want to stay in a country were you wake up in the morning and they sack you. The other day they sacked from military officers from the South East and nobody is talking.

“Only Buhari’s family members occupy DSS, it’s a family affair now, that means if you touch any Hausa Fulani especially from Katsina, you are in trouble, DSS will kidnap you in the night.

“I insist, to stay in Nigeria is evil in every way and moreover, the name Nigeria is not proper even Charly boy knows it.

“All those idiots with Biafran names that say they want to be Nigerians are pigs.”
